Wanted to grab a cup of coffee after lunch with a friend at Google, got my chance to use a Clover coffee brewing machine. Before the manufacturer was acquired by Starbucks, they were selling the machine for $11,000. Yes, the coffee was good. That good? Not so sure...

Everyone at Nakayoshi Gakko - the Japanese culture day camp that KT's in this and next week - starts the day with taiso - stretching - and the good morning song. KT's class trip to Hakone gardens is today.

Nice little winery in the hills above us - Savannah-Chanelle, located here. That's Silicon Valley in the smog below - which may be a bit worse than usual given the fires near Santa Cruz.
